Our family welcomed baby Flynn a little early on March 3! So of course this blog will now include both Haworth kiddos! Dave and i are so proud to report that Ian is doing very well with the adjustment and just loves little Flynn. At the hospital, he didn't want to let anyone else hold her. He didn't seem surprised when we brought her home. He gives her kisses on the head and runs over to her when she cries (which is pretty rare, she's a quiet baby!) As you will see in the pics below, he likes to relax right next to her and even shared one of his rubber ducks with her. Flynn's doctor gave Ian a sticker for being so well behaved at her appointment and when we got home Ian took it off his shirt and put on Flynn ;)
Flynn is quiet and sweet. She makes a lot of noises but not much crying. She has been very sleepy her 1st week home, we've had to wake her every 2 hours to feed her! But the last 2 nights she has awakened on her own to feed so I think she's getting the hang of things. During her alert times she likes to sit in her bouncy chair and stare at the butterfly mobile. We are just so in love with her and couldn't ask for a better way to complete our family! Stay tuned for more updates from the Haworth kids!
